* Same Day | Scheduled Delivery available daily from 11am~9pm for addresses in Penang Island only.
* For scheduled delivery, please provide us with remark of the delivery date and time that needs to be delivered to the recipient when placing your order. Thank you!
* For all orders, you can estimate shipping rates available based on the delivery area during checkout.

Gift Friends uses a combination of couriers to ensure your delivery is fast and affordable, services are available for domestic and international delivery.

 

How do you ship packages?
Packages are typically shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours of the order being placed.

 

Domestic Delivery​
Our local e-commerce shipping solution provider are DHL, GDex, LineClear, Ninjavan and Poslaju. Online Tracking site are available from all shipping companies..

 

Shipping Cost
By default, system calculate shipping cost based on the total weight of the order. 
All deliveries will only be available for order below 30KG (weight or volumetric, whichever greater) and address in Malaysia only.

For every subsequent KG will be charged of a standard rate which subject to our delivery rate card based on the delivery address.
Please note that shipping fee and courier option listed is constantly updating based on the Lineclear, GDex, DHL and POSLaju.​
There will be STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges.

 

There may be promotional offerings for free delivery from time to time so please check in often.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates: West Malaysia 1~3 Days, Sabah & Sarawak 3~5 Days.

What should I do if my parcels has not been delivered after the given time frame?
We will always do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes, if happen that your parcel has not been delivered on time, you may report to us and we will chase up the courier. Please go to Contact Us page and drop an email to our support.

 

PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers & Post Offices
Gift Friends is unable to deliver PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Offices.

 

Receiving Your Order
All orders must be signed. Please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery.

 

What if no one is available to sign for the delivery?
If you are not home to accept delivery our couriers will leave a calling card. If you receive a calling card you will need to call the relevant number and arrange another time for delivery. You will not be charged for the second delivery but additional charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.

 

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

 

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

 

In-Store Pickup/ Self Collection
All orders chosen to be collect at our store will not be charged any shipping or handling fees.
The expected time of collect at store will be within the range of 2 -4 hour after the order has been placed successfully and payment has been confirmed.
