How do you ship packages?
Packages are typically shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours of the order being placed.

By default, system calculate shipping cost based on the total weight of the order.
How to get FREE SHIPPING
For Peninsular Malaysia: Free shipping for purchase RM100 and above.
For Sabah and Sarawak: Free shipping for purchase RM200 and above.
We are proud to offer international shipping services to our customers. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

What should I do if my parcels has not been delivered after the given time frame?
We will always do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes, if happen that your parcel has not been delivered on time, you may report to us and we will chase up the courier. Please go to Contact Us page and drop an email to our support.
PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers & Post Offices
Gift Friends is unable to deliver PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Offices.
Receiving Your Order
All orders must be signed. Please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery.
What if no one is available to sign for the delivery?
If you are not home to accept delivery our couriers will leave a calling card. If you receive a calling card you will need to call the relevant number and arrange another time for delivery. You will not be charged for the second delivery but additional charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
